Try repairing the Horde DB as that can be corrupted.

mysql> use horde
repair table horde_sessionhandler;

For the horde issue, we can do one more fix.

If some case repair horde Db not fix the issue, in that case we will need to repair two db that is eximstats and horde. after that remove all the entry from horde_sessionhandle tables will fix the issue.
